At first, I was a little frustrated because it had been almost a month since I had placed my order and I hadn’t heard anything or received any information about my order. I called the company twice. The first time, I didn’t receive a call back or any help. The second time I talked to one of the owners. He gave me his word that he would take care of the problem, and he most definitely did! By the end of the day I got confirmation that my had shipped. When my order arrived only two days later, I was pleasantly surprised that not only the baptismal romper that I had ordered was there, but they had actually sent me a whole other baptismal romper at no charge. I was very impressed with the owner’s customer service. Thank you!
