Forty-five years ago Lou DiCocco worked as a civil engineer supporting his wife and four fine sons. When Norma received the blessed news that she was once more expecting a baby she began to pray to St. Jude, the saint for whom the family has always had a profound regard. He is the Saint of the impossible and Norma vowed to him that if she had a daughter she would bear his name. Daughter Judy was born three weeks late on the 28 October which is the feast day of St. Jude. Over a year later Lou and Norma the Family St. Jude Shop, Inc. was born and opened on 28 October. Other branches supplying the lovely religious gifts have been added over the years and always opened on 28 October. The online Gifts with Love store opened on 28 October to join the family's two other online stores, opened on the feast day of St Jude, and the St. Jude Shop.com and St.JudeLiturgicalArts.com complete the trio of online stores dedicated to the DiCocco's highly regarded Saint.
